Auth & login UX overhaul
We’ve reworked the auth and login flow so signing in and signing up feel clearer and less cluttered.

What changed
- Unified login entry — One clear entry point for login/sign-up instead of scattered links. Less noise, fewer dead ends.
- Simpler forms — Fewer fields and steps where possible; validation and errors are inline and easy to understand.
- Confirm-email flow — After sign-up, we guide users through email confirmation with a dedicated screen instead of a generic message.
- Consistent copy and layout — Same patterns on sign-in, sign-up, and forgot-password so the experience feels like one flow, not three separate pages.
The goal was to reduce friction for new users and make it obvious what to do next at each step. More polish (e.g. social login, remember-me) is planned, but the base UX is in a much better place.
