Refund Policy

1. General

If Chaplin AI does not meet your expectations, contact us at support@chaplinai.pro.

2. Refund conditions

• 14 days, risk-free. You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if at least 90% of the points remain on your balance and no video has been generated.
• If more than 10% of the points have been used, or a video has already been generated, the payment is not refundable.

3. How to request a refund

1. Send an email with the subject “Refund” to support@chaplinai.pro, stating your account email and the payment date.
2. We check the balance and reply within 3 business days.
3. The refund is made by the same payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

4. Transaction cancellation and payment problems

• Payment declined. If the transaction is declined by your bank or by WayForPay, no money is taken. Any temporarily held amount is released automatically by your issuing bank within 1–30 days. No action is required from you.
• Money charged but no points credited. Email support@chaplinai.pro with the subject “Payment issue”, stating your account email, the date, the amount and the last 4 digits of the card. We will credit the points or start a full refund within 3 business days.
• Double charge. A duplicate charge is refunded in full, with no deductions, within 7 business days of confirmation.
• Cancelling a payment in progress. If you have not yet completed payment on the WayForPay page, simply close it — no transaction will be created. After a successful payment, cancellation takes the form of a refund under sections 2 and 3.
• Refunds are always made by the same payment method, to the same card. We do not refund in cash or to other account details.

5. Legal basis and limitations

The service is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Under the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied with the consumer’s express consent. By placing an order you give that consent.

Notwithstanding this limitation, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee set out in section 2.

Exchange for an equivalent service does not apply, as the service has no physical form. The list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return is available here.
