1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Individual entrepreneur Reuta Dmytro Oleksandrovych, Tax ID (ІПН/РНОКПП) 3273302139, address: 36 Nauky Avenue, office 228, Kyiv, Ukraine, email: support@chaplinai.pro. Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. What we collect

• Email — to create your account and sign you in.
• Payment data — amount, date, status, masked card number. We never see or store full card details: they are entered on WayForPay’s side.
• Content you create — texts, images, voiceovers and videos, and the product links you add.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages and actions on the site.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service and credit points, to process payments and refunds, for technical support, and for traffic analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not share it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• WayForPay — payment processing.
• Supabase — storage of accounts and content.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Generative model providers (OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs) — processing your generation requests.
• Google Tag Manager — traffic analytics.

5. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies required for authentication and to remember your language, and Google Tag Manager analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser — sign-in may then stop working.

6. Retention

Account data — for as long as the account exists. Payment data — for the period required by Ukrainian tax law. Generated content — until you delete it or delete your account.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we process, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw consent and to challenge the controller’s actions. Write to support@chaplinai.pro — we reply within 30 days.
