1. General provisions

The website chaplinai.pro (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Individual entrepreneur Reuta Dmytro Oleksandrovych, Tax ID (ІПН/РНОКПП) 3273302139.
By using this Site you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of the service

Chaplin AI is a SaaS platform that provides points for:

• script generation;
• image generation;
• voiceover;
• rendering short videos (Shorts, TikTok, Reels).

Access to the service is granted after successful payment for a pack of points.

3. Prices, payment methods and currency

• Pack prices are listed on the Pricing page and are visible without registration.
• Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). The final amount charged is shown on the WayForPay payment page before you confirm.
• Payment is by Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, via the WayForPay payment service.
• Packs are a one-time purchase: there is no auto-renewal.
• Other payment methods (cash, cash on delivery, payment on receipt) do not apply, because the service is digital.
• Card details are entered on WayForPay’s secure page and are not stored by chaplinai.pro.

4. How, when and where the service is delivered

Method of delivery. The service is digital. Points are credited to your account balance automatically. There is no physical shipping; no courier or postal service is involved.

Delivery time. Points are credited after payment confirmation — normally within 1–15 minutes, and in any case no later than 24 hours. If points have not appeared within 24 hours, write to support@chaplinai.pro: we will credit them manually or refund the payment.

Validity. Points do not expire.

Geography. The service is available in every country where local law does not restrict it, with the exception of the russian federation and the republic of belarus. As the service is digital, a list of delivery cities does not apply.

Access. Your login is the email given at registration. The personal cabinet is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We are not liable for data loss caused by the user’s actions or by third-party services.
